What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies depending on the location.
Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible that or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays, and this is factored into the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally, shipment of the items within the time specified on Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the seller.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Lifezen?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on our website. Listed prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the Seller's shipping policy.

Can my location be serviced?

Service depends on two factors:

  • Legal restrictions on shipping certain products to your area.
  • Availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

Why is COD not available in my location? 

COD availability depends on whether our courier partner in your area can accept cash payments at the time of delivery.

How do I return an item? 

Returning is simple:

  • Contact us to initiate a return.
  • Our team will call you to explain the process.
  • Wherever possible, logistics will arrange a pick-up.
  • If pick-up isnt available, you may return the item via a third-party courier.
  • Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer.

What do In Stockand Out of Stockmean? 

  • In Stock: The product is available for purchase.
  • Out of Stock: The product is currently unavailable. Use the Notify Mefeature to get updates when its back.

Do you deliver outside India? 

Currently, Lifezen delivers only within India. Purchases can be made from anywhere using Indian credit/debit cards, but the delivery address must be within India.

What is the return period? 

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
